Divorce can be the most painful experience of your life. Your normal world is replaced with anger, confusion, frustration and change. Consider taking the time to sort all this out; it can give you back something you have lost…hope. Each topic will give you "life tools", but more importantly, re-claiming “self”!

Purpose

Overcoming Divorce and Lost Relationships is a place to find support and resources to overcome anger and to heal from pain. There are four informative classes that you take privately online at your own pace.

Overcoming Divorce and Lost Relationships is “Not a Bible Class” and is “Free to everyone”.

These classes are mainly designed for people who are divorced, separated or ending a significant relationship. However, if you have lost a spouse through death, or just wish to be informed in the changes that come with theses types of losses, then you will also find these classes helpful, and all are welcome.

If you have a friend or relative who has become divorced, separated, or has lost a spouse, consider reaching out to them by passing this along.

Facilitation

Guidance is provided by John Cerro. John has been through two divorces and has attended similar classes himself. He has done extensive research on divorce, and has a desire to help you during this time of change. You may contact John anytime, confidentially, at john@reddingumc.org .
