Liz Waterbury

Liz Waterbury and her husband Robert have been members of First Church for about ten years. She is our First Church Organist for our Chancel Choir at the 11:00am service. Liz has been Director of Choral and Vocal Studies at Shasta College since 1999 where recent performances of note include Mozart’s “Requiem” and J.S. Bach’s “Magnificat” with the Shasta Symphony, “Misa Criolla”, and other choral symphonic works. In 2002, she created the Shasta College Chamber Choir, which has since recorded two CD’s at the Basilica of Mission Dolores in San Francisco. With her husband Robert, she created the Shasta Vocal Institute in 2000, an intensive vocal training program for aspiring singers.
