Global Concerns Commission

• Is involved in educating the congregation on world missions.
• Arranges for missionaries to speak when on furlough.
• Assists in coordinating funding for two United Methodist missionary couples.
• Sponsor the Sharing Wagon, to raise funds for Lyda Pierce's work with women in Honduras.
• Encourage gift purchases from SERRV to aid poor Third World Artisans. Contact Jeanne Banghart at global@reddingumc.org to view the catalog or place orders.
• Determine groups to receive monthly communion offerings.
