Regular Church Group Meetings

Every church group is required to fill out a facility use form annually in January. This helps us manage our building use more effectively and efficiently. Please fill in the information on the form and be sure to check the annual use notification box. Once submitted, the form goes directly to the Church Office/Facilities Manager who will process your request. You will then be contacted to verify that your request has been accepted. If you would like to check the church calendar for room availability prior to filling out the form, contact the Facility Manager in the Church office at 530-243-2403.

Your request will be confirmed by the Facility Manager after checking for availability.
